•You, who is willing to commission me, the customerThe artist's rightsThe rights of each piece the artist produces, belong to the artist (unless you buy the commercial rights). This means I, the artist, am allowed to:
•Show the final product in my portfolio/social media/as an example of my commissions' list (unless stated otherwise).
However, as the artist, I am not allowed to:
•Sell the final product in my own merch.
•Re-sell the drawing in any form.
If at any time I, the artist, were to break or disobey any of these clauses, you, the customer, are entitled to a full refund (even if the final product has already been delivered).The customer's rightsYou, the customer, are allowed to use the piece for personal use in any case (it means you can't profit/create merch/earn money with the final product).
If you don't own the commercial rights over the final product, as the customer, you are not allowed to:
•Sell the final product in your merch.
•Re-sell the drawing in any way.
•Make monetary profit of the drawing in any way.
If at any time you, the customer, were to break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, the artist, am entitled to not work again with you in any way and add you to my public blacklist.
ONCE YOU, THE CLIENT, HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER WITH ME, THE ARTIST, THESE CLAUSES WILL AUTOMATICALLY APPLY TO BOTH PARTIES, EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT READ THESE TERMS.
